Tenant Complaints → HPD

A single 311 pest complaint triggers an HPD inspection within 1–2 weeks for priority complaints. Without documented IPM showing proactive mitigation, the inspector cites a violation. With it, you have a defensible record that can prevent the citation entirely — or win at OATH if cited.

Receivership Risk
