The Threat

Why NYC bed bugs
are a different fight.

10M
Population Density
10 million people in 300 square miles means bed bugs travel constantly — through laundry rooms, elevators, moving vans, and luggage carts. Once one unit has them, the clock is ticking on adjacent units.
★★
Reputation Damage
A single verified bed bug complaint on a hotel review platform triggers an average 18% drop in booking rate for the following 30 days. Property managers face tenant harassment claims and HPD violations simultaneously.
3mo
Survival Without Feeding
Bed bugs can survive up to 3 months without a blood meal. A vacant unit or seasonal closure doesn't solve the problem — it just pauses it. Thorough inspection and treatment is the only resolution.
Our Protocol

Inspect. Eliminate.
Document. Prevent.

We don't just spray and leave. Every bed bug engagement follows a four-phase protocol designed for commercial properties that can't afford re-infestations, complaints, or compliance gaps.

  • 01
    Professional Inspection
Certified inspection of affected units, adjacent rooms, and common areas. We identify the full extent of infestation before any treatment begins — not after.
  • 02
    Heat + Chemical Combination
Heat treatment (120°F+) kills all life stages including eggs. Chemical barriers prevent re-entry. Combined protocol delivers higher efficacy than either method alone.
  • 03
    Timestamped Documentation
Every treatment logged digitally with timestamps, room numbers, methods used, and follow-up schedule. Satisfies HPD, DOH, and tenant documentation requests on demand.
  • 04
    30/60/90 Follow-Up
Three follow-up inspections at 30, 60, and 90 days post-treatment. Bed bugs have a 10–14 day egg cycle — our follow-up schedule is designed around their biology, not convenience.
Free Assessment

Start with free recon.

A senior technician walks your property, identifies the threat, and gives you a straight protection plan — no obligation.

Service Journey

What to expect
start to finish.

No guesswork. Here's exactly how our bed bug program works — what you do before we arrive, what happens during the service visit, and what to expect after we leave.

Phase 01

Before We Arrive

  • Strip all bedding and place in sealed plastic bags before the technician arrives — launder on the highest heat setting and store in sealed bags
  • Clear closet floors and remove items stored under the bed; move furniture 12 inches from all walls
  • Vacuum the mattress seams, box spring, and headboard; empty the vacuum immediately into a sealed bag and remove from the premises
  • For hotels: coordinate with housekeeping and front desk to restrict the affected room(s) from bookings for 24 hours post-treatment
Phase 02

During Service

  • Full room inspection using monitoring tools to confirm active infestation and identify all harborage zones
  • Targeted treatment applied to mattress seams, box spring joints, bed frame, headboard, baseboards, and electrical outlets
  • Steamer deployed on furniture seams where heat treatment is appropriate; chemical treatment in voids and crevices
  • All treated items clearly labeled; service documentation created showing treatment method, areas covered, and technician ID
  • Adjacent rooms assessed if infestation indicates potential spread through shared walls
Phase 03

After We Leave

  • Do not re-make the bed or place bedding back for at least 4 hours after treatment
  • Encase mattress and box spring in certified bed bug-proof encasements — this traps any surviving bugs and makes future monitoring easier
  • Follow-up inspection scheduled at 7–14 days to confirm elimination and re-treat any resurgence
  • Hotline access provided for questions about any new bites or activity between visits
  • If using heat treatment: occupants may return to the room 4 hours after treatment; chemical treatment requires 4-hour absence
